Get Things Done

That is my simple concise of the "Get Things Done" book. Pic below just illustrate

  1. Capture all task
  2. Process the task into anctionable or unactionable. If unactionable take it into information or trash. If it actionable, put into a. can do at least 2 minutes or need extention time, so you put into project category.
  3. Organize. Organize mean separate all task into several category base on "Project", Time, and Context
  4. Review
  5. Engage
