Re Adjust my Direction

Today is just a day after yesterday. Like this statement this just day as usual in calendar. Honestly i lost my focus in several day before. So I decide to refocus to my baseline. I readjust to my goal direction. Something that i should remain to my self everyday.

I taken this picture when i go with my family several month ago at somewhere

So i take stop my step for a while. Take a little breath, release my trash in my brain than I begin to plan something that i will do. I better to make task list, because task list make me to do concrete action. Its no problem with unperfect plan, but little improvement even very little is must.

I just convince my self, just do the process and realize always have improve and get the product or result for my effort.

That is my simple concise of the "Get Things Done" book. Pic below just illustrate

1. Capture all task
2. Process the task into anctionable or unactionable. If unactionable take it into information or trash. If it actionable, put into a. can do at least 2 minutes or need extention time, so you put into project category.
3. Organize. Organize mean separate all task into several category base on "Project", Time, and Context
4. Review
5. Engage

So I give title with "4 Windows" My be different when we translate as direct meaning, but 4 lawang or 4 windows have same  Number to view, to learn, to growth to improve at any situation...This is no commercial song. Uphill Spot

This is 20 meter stright before uphill road. This only way to me to go to project site everyday. It hard to pass especially after rain coming. Many vehicle trap at this area.

We usually push the car when trapped, or pulling the car with more heavy vehicle or we wait until road to dry by sunshine but it take more time. 

If i can't do that, i just get out from the car, i walk throught my project site like i done today

The Journey is More Fun if you know where your are going

I have been reading the book of "Your road map for success " by John C Maxwell, it is very interesting book instead of 1997 old book published. This book explain that many people make wrong definition of success. Not among Wealth, Happiness, Specific and wortwhile possessions even Power or Achievement.

4 Lawang Coffee

This book describe success as the right picture of success. Success are ... knowing your purpose in life, Growing  to reach your maximum potential and sowing seed that benefit other. The book quite interesting for me...

Now i am at 4 lawang, i just realize that native coffee bit hard for me especially without sugar

Another Site

It has been 3 week me at 4 Lawang, South Sumatra. I have been going to run project Sekolah Rakyat. This project is very challenging. Site location on top of hill and the existing road access disturb due to vehicle load. Every aspect have limitation.

High elevation road make everything need effort more, especially for supply material to the site... go go..

What if this could to be easy ?

To many complexity that we are faced, layer by layer things how it was suffocating underneath all of it. Can we bring idea " what if this all challenge could to be easy?".

I want to rebuild the habit to read regularly even one minute a day. Let me start again with effortless by Grec McKeown. That aline with my personal target : Elaborative Improvement.

My PMP Exam

Today i pass my PMP at fist try. Behind the story : I had trained PMP material class on September 2025. I should had taken the exam on early January 2026. But due several task that assigned to me, i reschedule the exam twice and it make me inconsistent to take preparation.

My exam result

With a litle preparation, about only 5 days, i try to review "mindset" rather than previous my material class. This mindset help me a lot to answer the question. I suggest you to study the videos of :

Complete PMP Mindset 50 Principles and Questions by Andrew Ramdayal (on youtube) and 200 Ultra Hard PMP Questions 1-200 (on youtube). 

And previous mentoring videos from Mr. Adi Kristanto especially "PMP"ism and "agile mindset" help me alot. Thanks to Mr Adi Kristanto.

I am Almost 40

I am almost 40 now. I must make emphasize step and deep stomp on the ground. I never know what will going on tomorrow. So, for the Volatile, Uncertain, Complexity and Ambiguity situation, I will implement  some action to strengthen my foundation.
