Berat badan naik kembali, Yang kemarin sempat di 72 Kg, sekarang beranjak naik kembali ke 80 Kg. Sudah menduga bakalan naik karena akhir – akhir ini makannya Los dol.

Kemudian suka camilan- camilan gluten dan minum yang manis-manis. Klo dihitung dengan Kalkulator BMI maka berat badanku termasuk :

Tergolong Berlebih Sih

Untuk Tujuan utama adalah kesehatan, maka ideal berat badan menurut BMI ya disekitar 65 kg an. artinya ada sekitar 15 kg untuk penurunan. Dan pengalaman berat badan 65 Kg dulu saya terlihat agak cungkring hehe.

Kemudian perhari ini saya coba disiplin ke diri sendiri untuk melakukan program pengecilan. Saya coba pakai Sistem Makan sehari dalam kurun waktu sekian jam. Jadi perhari ini saya coba batasi time window makan saya dari jam 8. Pagi sampai jam 1 Siang.

Sementara malam cukup minum dan buah saja. Selain Diet metode di atas saya evaluasi lagi saya perlu kurangi minuman bergula. Less sugar or even no sugar. I will do it with calcualtion. Selain Diet, eliminasi gula satu lagi dengan olah raga. ya yang ringan-ringan saja.

About My BMI (Body Mass index)

Since I had heard my friend’s Condition who is approximately same age with me had bad condition. He is my high school friend. Still young and had a serious health problem. Furthermore, I tryna to look into myself and I found my body is overweight.

I used BMI (Body Mass Index) as a Benchmark. Body mass index is a measure of body fat based on weight and height. It is calculated by dividing weight in kilograms by the square of height in meters. BMI is used as a screening tool to assess weight category and health risks associated with overweight and obesity.

When I measured my body, the result was above standard normal index. I decided to make some diet methods. I am still dieting. Over one year, my weight decreased but was still above the standard Normal BMI index.

I try to reduce carbo consumption and do several exercises every morning. The Ideal Body’s weight affects our health. This is a necessary thing to do if we want to keep our health.
