I would like to share my experience based on a book that i read. The first used the 5-Second rule, Popularized by mel Robbins, is a technique used to overcome procrastination and take action.

The second, 2-minute rule is a productivity technique that suggests if a task can be completed in two minutes or less, you should do it immediately instead of adding it to your to-do list.
